But I Love the video or maybe I just Love B.
Whatever the case may be...just watch!

I've got a Love Jones for you body and your skin tone.
You barely can hear what is being said, besides the part about being a monkey. But, that's not the point.
Just watch.
Now you can't tell me this Man is anything but Amazing.
Besides his looks and his ability to flow immaculately; I love the fact that he has no problem with just being human.
Ow!
He has a blog as well.

gold is old. diamonds are dead.
So my Dad sent me an email this morning.
I thought it was worth posting.
There comes a point in life
when you realize
who matters,
who never did,
who won't anymore...
and who always will.
So, don't worry about people from your past,
there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.
Give this heart to everyone you don't want to lose in 2009,
including me, if you care.

MOCO, What up!
"The unification of the DMV."
This song has been out for a while, but apparently the video just recently released.
Love the video; a great illustration of the Urea- the DMV.
Side Bar:
As a 19 year old female/ College Student, I would never wear Nike Boots. Maybe back when I was in ninth or tenth grade I would have considered purchasing the Nike Boots with the colorway; but now---NO! In my opinion their meant to be worn by guys, and guys only.
For Real, For Real.

just in case you weren't aware.
The Holidays are right around the corner.
Whether were in a recession or not.
This Gap Holiday commercial is too funny, as well as tooo cute!
On the topic of funny commercials.
I'm sure everyone has seen the new McDonald chicken nugget commercial. WTF. And, if you have not seen it--take a look.
This nonsense is Hilarious.
"Girl, you got a ten piece, don't be stinggggaaayyy."
Hahahaha.
Now, when ever I go to McDonalds or go passed it, this is what I'll be singing.
Hahahaha.
Excellent marketing tactic.
Later,

your alright with me.
Felt like shit the other day...
Who would have thought this song, from an album I refuse to purchase; would turn my frown upside down.
Hmmmm.
I'm very much aware that the song is talking about being paranoid; which I wasn't--more like annoyed.
But, Hey who cares. It made me feel better.

this is for the strippers, cause i know they gon' bump it.
Alright. Alright.
I am Back.
Let's see...
Several things have occurred in the span that I'd stopped blogging until now.
Too many things, at that.
I'm pretty sure you guys know what some of these things are, so there's no need for repetition.
Right?
Right.
Anywhooo.
So I'm sitting here finishing this last bit of homework, while lending an ear to Beyonce's recently released album: I Am...Sasha Fierce. I'm supposedly a 'big' Beyonce fan, but failed to purchase her recent album.
Shiiit, we are currently in a recession! I must make sure I am getting my monies worth, in what ever it is I voluntarily decide to purchase.
Overall, the Album is okay. Definitely not as good as Dangerously in Love.
Besides Single Ladies, I was feeling, Ego, Brokenhearted, Disappear, Save the Hero and Si yo fuero un chico[the Spanish version to If I were a Boy, Lmao--she did that!]
No need to rummage your household for pennies then scurry to your nearest music to store to make this purchase.
Stay home! log on to youtube, imeem or where ever and listen. Then figure out whether it's worth your mula. I'm serious.
And, as for Dedication 3.
I'm sorry, I just didn't have the patience to hear Little Weezy wheeze and whine his way through all fifty freakin' tracks. I Love Weezy at times but this just wasn't one of those times.
Oh Oh. But...I must say the track Stuntin' is kinda swell. Drake from Degrassi[I'm sorry it's a habit] killed that--He did that!

Please pardon our artistic integrity.
As far as student run events go...Temple students do it Right!
I had the pleasure of attending The Swagger v. Style Homecoming Fashion Show.
Wale.
Loved it.
I just wish Wale would have performed 'Freaks.' One of my favorites from this Man. Just to inform you; me loving that song has no affiliations with any of my mannerisms or persona, so calm down;)
Sock The Rapper.
or 'Knockasockrah'(as my roommates and I call him, unbeknownst to him)
He performed as well.
But, apparently, this video has nothing to do with his performance?
I'll figure that out later.
Meanwhile...
Go check him out!
He's from Largo!
He's a Rapper!
He's the Lovable, Sock the Rapper!
Kilt this, yes I said KILT.
I'm impressed to say the least.
Oh, how could I forget, Sock The Rapper will be opening for Mr. Nasty himself-Nastradamus. Friday, September 26th, 2008 @ McGonigle Hall.
I will be MIA do to prior engagements back at home. But, I've had the pleasure of seeing both Emcees perform.
It's your turn!
I would like my check in Diamond Dollars please;)

random ass conversation topics.
So my roommate and I were conversating about the Shyne and Diddy situation, and how Shyne ended up in jail, yaddda yaddda...
By the end of the conversation, I began to wonder what will happen to Mr. Diddy when Shyne finally gets out of jail; after serving, I believe 10 years in prison...
Oh My.

Hopefully, Shyne has learned his lesson. Idk.
I think there's alot of shiit behind Diddy's fame. But, whatever he's still hilarious.
Have fun while it lasts. Right?
The catalyst of the conversation:
I love this song. Despite how violent the lyrics are.
The beat && Levy Barrington are bananas.[sounds like the reggae version of scatting or something]
Shoodidaddddaaaadddaalllleeeewaaaalllleeewhoooooaaaa!

'You can pay for school, but you can't buy class.'
The summer is slowly dwindling.
School is right around the corner.
Its a bittersweet feeling. Ya know?!
The song that crooned from my alarm clock every morning, last year spring semester.
Man f' 8:40's.
Awww.
The animation was tooo cute.
Kanye should think about having some sort of cartoon series.
Adios.

Nice video though.
Being an Independent Woman will never go out of style.

Lmao.
Baby Phat though?!
Well, I'm guessing everyone has their own definition of what they call an Independent Woman.
But, I can't even fake, when that song comes on in the club, I always seem to become a participant in the chorus sing along:)
Chill I googled the lyrics.

Mickie Fickie Dont Bullshit me.
Excellent ass Remix.
The video reminds me so much of my Super Nintendo.
OMG. So many memories with that thing. The first and only game system that was actually all mine. The other game systems I got to play with were either my cousins, or shared between my sister and myself.
The funny thing is...once I felt like I had outgrown it[mind you I was like 12 or 13]; my dumbass took it to the pawn shop. At the time, my mother would ask me to go across the street to purchase little grocery items for her. One day, I decided to bring my Super Nintendo to one of those quick runs to the store. But, intead of going straight to Shoppers, I headed over to Pawn King or what ever it was called. With me, I had my game box, two remotes, and the only three games I possessed: "Ahh Real Monsters," "Aladdin," and " Yoshi's Island or something." I dumped these items on the counter and stared at the shop owner. He looked at me, then looked at the items on the counter...he probabley laughed, Im not too sure.
Then told me that everything would be 20 dollars.
20 dollars!! WTF.
I mean I was only like 12 or 13, but shiit, I knew 20 dollars wasnt anything for a game system that cost more than 50 dollars at the time, with TWO remotes and some bomb ass games.
But, I gave in. Didnt feel like lugging all that shiit back home, the having to deal with the parentals. So I pocketed the 20 dollar bill and went on my way.
Now, that Im older, I really wished I had not pawned that joint. It was such a classic. I should go back over there and see if they still have it. I never got the chance to beat "Ahh Real Monsters."
What a thought provoking Video.
Conquering the world...one post at a time,
Hah.

MC's Move the Crowd.
Before I had status and before I had a pager
You could find the Abstract listening to HipHop
My pops used to say it reminded him of Bebop
I'm still suffering the aftershocks of the Wonder that was Rock the Bells.
...Well not necessarily. But, that's my excuse for taking ages to post this specific post right chere. And, I'm sticking to it.
Well you see, the concert happened to be an experience of a LifeTime. I kidd you not. Your typical undescrable kind of experience. In other words, there is No way I could completly describe to you what went down at the 2008 Rock the Bells Concert. Sorry, it just wouldn't be right. I would not be doing the concert any justice.
I'd rather just show you:

Wale!

RedMan.

Mos Def & Q-tip.

De La Soul

Nasty Nas.
I'm tired of posting pictures...not really my thing. Just make sure to be present next year. Hopefully the hubby Common will be featured in next year's line up?!

Ricckkkyy Rawrse.

Say what chu want.
I've always had a thing for The Ross.
Technically not the sort of guy I would utter two words to. His music is cool, but I doubt it's his music.
Swagger maybe?
Old News:
Apparently Ricky over here was once a Correctional Officer.
Um. Okay.
So now your telling me that Rappers are not allowed to 'once upon a time' have regular 9 to 5's; like regular people? Hmmm interesting.
I mean niggas gotta eat...no pun intended. But, look at him.
Several rappers mythologize/ exaggerate anyway. So, why does it matter now.
They say it destroys his street cred or something.
I still view him the same.
But, I'm guessing he's making things worse by denying the 'truth'.
Damn.
Well hopefully My 'Big' Boo will be able to reaffirm his Gangster ways.
If not, He'll still be my Boo.
PS. I heard through the grapevine that he's a real life pimp. Maybe you've heard it too..idk. My best friend's, co-worker's, friend is friends with one of his hoes.
Crazy.

confession:
i danced to a Soulja Boy song at the club the other day. Damn. I couldnt help myslef. She got a Donk! i mean i would like to think i do?...it was my way of reassuring myslef. cant promise that it wont happen again though. the beat is vivacious. being a hypocrite is badd. but, i learnt that some songs are made for dancing..not every song will have a powerful meaning behind it? idk im bad with reciting things i've learned, i guess that means i really didnt learn anything, right??. but, in a way i kinda have respect for soulja boy...i mean he got on myspace/youtube whatever and made a stupid ass song about throwing bed sheets on a girl and wasting his [yet to be produced children]bodliy fluids on her...he had everyone [black, white, gay, straight] singing and doing a dance they knew nothing about. even if you hated the song, you knew it[period] he was on his grind..he grinded now he's shining.how does it go: started off hustlin' ended up Ballin'. like him or not. well, as long as he's not claiming to be the greatest mc alive and shiit. then we'll have a problem. but whos to even say, everyone has their own opinions and reasons for them. i think im ranting again...peace.
lets not go any further
no telling what may happen

confession:
i danced to a Soulja Boy song at the club the other day.

"I feel it all up in the chest urea."
Man, I LOVE my Blog.
I can write about:
Anything && Everything...&& No one can tell me otherwise.
&& even if they did, I wouldn't care.
Cause its MY Blog.
Haha.
&& Most importantly, I get to write how I speak, use bad punctuation, fragments, conjunctions and put commas/semicolon's all over the place. Hah Yess!--something my professors would surely frown upon.
No formal shiit over here son!
&& I never have to elaborate--well at least I choose not to elaborate.
Interpersonal conversations with myself
Pictures
Music that I love
Posts about nothing of actual substance
Just how I like it.
I get shiit of my chest, my mind && just act myself.
Truthfully, this post was meant to be about something else. The topic slipped my mind. Perhaps, I'll remember later...
It's past my bed time.
Later,
Fran.

See what had happened was...
Mr. Jackson...Man f' that, you deserve No respect.
Jesse, I hope your happy, Man.

Ol' Hatin' Ass Boy.
Tsk Tsk Tsk. Just Sad. As we all know, Obama is in a place where we[African Americans] never thought we would ever be. But, instead of savoring this precious moment; Niggas want to act up. Im disappointed by his bizzare behavior. You would think he would have known better. Hah. Haters.
Shiit like this makes me wonder: Are we really prepared for an African American President? "The day when THE MAN becomes a BLACK MAN."-Jack White
Think about it.
I know I'm ready, but I cant speak for the rest of us.
"Keep hope alive, and Shut Up!"-Jesse Jackson Jr.
Thats funny, his own son though.

Of course I'm excited that I, Frances O. Udukwu will get a chance to be in the midst of True HipHop--When it started in the park type ish. But, I'm really thrilled at the fact that I will be getting the chance to become exposed to All these new HipHop artists--new to me, old to others. I can honestly say that I am only really familiar with a few of these HipHop artists[ie.Pharcyde, Dead Prez, Rakim etc.] The rest...I'd never have guessed they were HipHop musicians. I might have to make some room on that trusty old ipod of mine or upgrade to more GB's.
Shiit.
I'm soooo ready to Rock The Bells!
Whooooo! Yay!
Hah. I'm so corny.
But, really you should come too.
Come see what all the hype is about.
Oh how I wish The Hubby: Common, could be there:(
How you gon' act?

We don't save em', We let em' GO!
Its funny how when you don't pay someone any attention[dudes in particular], their all over you like white on rice. But, once you finally give them some of your attention--give in, they take that shiit for granted.
Or maybe its just me...
Well, it's time for me to get back to my normal state, get out of character...cause honestly I could careless. Truthfully, I just didnt want to be mean. Son, I'm way outta ya league. In no way am I trying to sound conceited or anything, just calling it how I see it. It's my fault for making a selection below my standards.
::I'm putting my guards back up::
For someone who does not smoke. I love songs that talk about getting high. I have no idea why.

46664.
Um, is that Gucci or Louie?
Everyday, everyone learns something new.
What I learned today:
1. Never wear black jeans in the sun. On my way to work, the sun was beaming on me as if we had some sort of dispute. The funny part is most of the heat went straight through my jeans. I've heard the saying black attracts heat; but I swore it was a joke. Experience is the best teacher.
2. "You are who you associate yourself with."-Confucious
Oh && yes Nas says it too.
3. If some random dude tries to holler at you...no need to fret. Tell youngin' your expecting...a baby that is. This shiit works! Lmao...What! it was the only good excuse I could think of at that moment. Guys don't seem to care if you have a "Boyfriend" anymore. Instead, they'll hit you with the: "So, we can still be friends" or "He doesnt have to know." && if he's okay with you expecting, tell him your expecting Twins. That should do:)
4. School is important. Wait let me rephrase that: Higher Education is important to receive if you are given the opportunity. Especially since no one ever seems to have really learnt anything in Elementary, Middle or High School.
The title nor this song has anything to do with the post.
Get over it.
Maybe Later,
Fran.

Resurrection.
These artists have returned from the dead or where they were hiding. && I'm f'ing happy they've decided to grace me with their presence...once again.
Is Akon worthy to be on a track with someone of such caliber?? I dont know && neither do I care. Its Michael Bitches! Hee Hee.
Behold A Man:

Maxwell at the BET awards. I couldnt get a video of his performance for some reason.
Sheesh! I Love Him.
Peace,
Frances.

"Moms depend on Kool-Aid like kids depend on moms."

Why Man, Why?
I died laughing at the mall. My first time seeing these joints...Ew. Apparently, these atrocity's have been out for a while...February 1st to be exact. I'm not sure if its just me...But, I def. do NOT posses the audacity to adorn my feet with or even purchase these horrific sneakers.
Oh...&& their scented!
Who said it was okay for food industries to invest in making footwear or even apparel. The FDA needs to get on their job, ASAP!
Ridiculous.
I'll just stick to online shopping.

Dance around the border like I'm Cassius Clay.
I'm so estatic.
You ask why??
Well, I can now legally drive. I now posses a provisional license!! I mean, I'm kinda late compared to everyone else my age. But, really who cares?! I can drive now...that's all that matters. The Summer of 2008 is looking quite properous. I wonder whats next to unfold. Maybe a new car?? Hmmm...We'll see.

Even the Pope had a G Class.

Incredible.
What ever happened to love letters. Nonetheless, Im digging this song. I LOVE texting && it calls to mind a few text message convos I might have had;)
Just Kidding.
Catch me later,
Frances.

nopoint whatsoever.
So, I watched the BET Awards...
I'll let you know how I felt about it later.
The reason for this irrelevant post:
While browsing over at Concreteloop; I stumbled upon this photo.

I mean, I love Raheem and all...but he is not the reason why I favor this photo. IDK...there is something about it that just wins me over. Perhaps its the Big Ass Boombox. Whatever. Point is...well there really isnt a point. I just like the photo!
I even went as far as editing the photo myself, to make it look 'cool-er.'

LMAO.
Well, I tried. Its not my fault. I blame wack ass Microsoft Office Picture Manager.
funny.
um bye,

its ends tonite.
well, at least for me it does.
Lately, every where I've gone or everything I've read has something to do with the "deterioration" of Hip Hop. && in some shape or form Lil Wayne seems to either spur or become the butt of the discussion...some how.
Well, I just felt like I should set some shiit straight...not necessarily for you, more so for myself. I mean if you need some clarification and are stuck/confused as I am, feel free to read.
First, I must confess that I have always been a Lil Wayne fan[never groupie] since The Block is Hot, but I also must confess that I've found myself caught up in his recent hype. [ie. Carter 3] His gimmicks and clever lyrics only give us momentary gratitude. Never anything quite permanent...or anything useful--shiit that music is supposed to do for you!
Don't get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with talking about sex or how "great" you are or how many dead presidents your wallet is holding...blah blah...but do it well. Leave the catchy phrases till the hook[if any]...don't fill the entire song with them. Honestly, if there was so much substance in that one song...there really wouldnt be a need for all those catchy metaphors, similies, onomanapia's and shiit. I shouldn't be able to break your verses apart && have them stand alone as a bunch of fragments...there should be a story, a concrete topic. --I feel like its sort of like writing a paper[intro, thesis statement, topic sentence supporting details and conclusion] or maybe I'm being too literal...But I'm sure you get my point.
In my eyes a real MC is one who can tell a story, engage his or her audience without them ever having to experience what they've experienced. The audience/listener gets the privilege of stepping in the shoes of the MC through music. How effiecent that is, depends on the philosophy behind the music...what is the MC saying??
I'm not really sure as to whether Hip Hop is incarcerated or whatever, but I do know it has taken an ugly turn...I'm sure you too would agree, if you love && believe in real HipHop music.
Okay, I'm so over this topic && this long ass post.
Why not.
I mean this wont turn me into a Weezy Woman Hater.
But, now I really know what I'm in for when I decide to listen to 'Young Weezy Baby'...Nothing more Nothing Less.
Its arguable...but this is my opinion.
Adios.
Fran.

You've got to be kidding me.
I promised myself not to bombard my blog with a bunch of youtube videos.
Uh..oops.
There are a ga-gillion things wrong with this video. I'll leave it up to you, to figure out what they are. For now, I will just keep shaking my head in disgust.
I liked him better when he was "lil" Bow Wow. It's badd enough that is music is trash...ugh.
&& There's a big difference between hating and speaking the truth. Honestly, Get it together.
Adios,

Dear Santa,
I know I'm kinda early. But, I decided that I needed time to compile my list of presents. No need to procrastinate. Right?

There's more where that came from.
[thanx to karmaloop && mondomedeusah]
This album is cool. Im not a fan of pharrell's singing.
Im sure I offended several, with that previous comment.
Sorry.
Love,
Frances.

Stuff I've been meaning to post...
Here is what Diddy had to say about The Carter 3.
I wouldnt call The Carter 3 a classic; Diddy def. siced it. But the Album was pretty good. But, then again Diddy isnt a lyrical genius. [ie. I need a girl, Last night, etc] But, then again he knows talent. [ie. Mary, Biggie, 112, Danity Kane??] so yeah.
As far as Weezy goes. Either you love him or hate him. Its just that simple. I've heard mixed reviews about the Carter 3. Like I mentioned before, its a pretty good album. I mean, Weezy doesnt always "do it" for me...but there are times where I certainly believe he deserves recognition. Best Rapper Alive though??? ummm. naaaaa.
Most Sufficient Rapper Alive is more like it;)
My fav. tracks on the album are:
Mr. Carter
Shoot me down
Let the beat build
Comfortable[which is pretty old]
Seems like A Milli-on rappers felt the need to hop on this beat.
Hmmm. Listen.
You decide.
I got tired of hearing the words A milli consecutively; after The Pack. Speaking of the The Pack, their Madd trash!! I've actually seen them perform. No no no, I did not go out of my way to see them perform. It just so happens that they were the opening act for Gym Class Heroes, for TU's Homecoming. And, I arrived on time. So I was forced to undergo such cruelty.
Im so over this.
A friend of mine put me on to this.
What can I say...it's Jay!

shaking hands with the Sun.
OUTSIDE+ME or YOU=DEATH.
Words can not explain the type of heat that has been exuding from the sun these past couple of days!I wish I could stay inside, but I cant:( All I know is that excessive deodorant is necessary and tons of water.
Speaking of hand shakes:

I find this to be sooo hilarious. Really, is it that freakin' serious?!
White America is trippin.
I was curious:
LMAO.

Motivation is always needed.

use it to your advantage

losing is still far from optional"-TI

salivate.
I doubt you'll understand.
Yess, the pastries in France are sure to make your tastebuds chime,
but since when did a bite of these pastries ever leave one unsatisfied.
i've laid such discrepancies aside,
in attempt to validate this metaphor,
so sweetly hurled before my mouth.
a perplexing smirk overrides supple lips,
as I dwell in this pro-s-etry of truth.
rarely would give in, yet respond,
but the curvature of poetic words and meaning,
has urged me to set Shit Straight.
but before I rinse clean, let it be known that if you salivate,
best believe I regurgitate what's been within me for years.
such a situation has never been new to me,
but there comes a time where I must let my words down,
and let my brain stain the slate.
See, men are notorious for all knowing/ knowing all,
but as a wo-man, i've gotta speak.
yall dont know shit.
factitious lies never realize truth.
instead they rely on their eyes to remind them of what seems true.
in other words,
Drink Me.
Dont taste me.
for what you taste is like a 1st impression.
the arrangement of your tastebuds
can be rearranged.
it takes more than a bite to
experience divinity.
your better off chewing pop tarts.
your grasp of my self-worth is somewhat valid.
but your clasp of my-self
is far fetched.
i advise, that you recalculate those test results
and turn in something error free.
cause honestly...
You Dont Know Me.
like you think you do.
I wrote this awhile back, to a friend.
We have what we call poetry wars- to salivate validation. Hah.
Yess. Were lame but creatively lame.
Later,
Frances.

Obama that Hoe.
Seems like we've got this shit in the Bag.
Ow.
I mean he hasnt officially won yet, but I doubt McCain can stand a chance. Obviously, I am a Barack Obama supporter; but on the real, Hillary or Obama would suit me just fine. Change is what we need and I honestly believe that both candidates will bring just that. But, I just feel as though Obama has us [the young generation in mind] more than does Mrs. Clinton. I could be wrong but that's how I feel.
God Bless America!
"They said this Day would never come."
They spoke to soon. Hah.
Love,
Fran.

Boozilla Baby.
A friend of mine got a chance to attend the Erykah Badu and Roots concert in DC. As she was rambling on about Erykah's wonderful performance and always creative get up. She mentioned a segment of the concert where Erykah told her fans to "love themselves." Simple words that hold alot of meaning. She actually said this, after hearing a bunch of her fans yelling: "I love you Erykah." But, instead of saying I love you too, she said "Love yourself and maybe this world would be a better place."
Word.
I mean alot of people including myself [at times] get so caught up with admiring others we forget to admire ourselves. I mean, no need to be narcissistic but you know...Know Your Self Worth. Very important.
I could go & on & on, but that's not the point. The point is learning to acknowledge oneself before taking the time out to acknowledge or admire another.
"Love yourself, before you love another."-Lucille Ball
It's really that simple && its a helluva start.
Try it :)

Get into this.
Bye.

Caution--dangerous creativity.
Felt like writing so I wrote.
...untitled...
&& the radio keeps playin.
On && On && On
the same song all day long.
the sweet melodic sounds I once heard
no longer drown my ear,
instead they choke rather than stroke the drums of my ear lobe.
my tympanic membrane shrills with annoyance
&& then i begin to panic.
Hip Hop just passed, Now Music is decaying.
the people we call artist, have gone on hiatus.
fled their day jobs,
&& left a bunch of notes for amateurs to fumble with.
the amateurs proceed with good intention
but in reality aren't qualified.
underqualified; to give us what we once had,
what we once heard,
what we now urge.
there's evidence:
these underdeveloped,
watered down,
over-sexed lyrics,
fill our ears, probe our minds
yet leaving us with no substance.
therefore, we lack thereof.
the absence of substance,
leaves us starving.
hunger ridden.
seeking a filler;
we fill our insides with junk to suffice.
&& when the beat dropped,
so did our faculty.
Our speakers ruptured by noise making.
No need to have that old thing back
I want that new thing with meaning.
cant stand the same shiit.
let alone all day long.
Make change, make haste.
Progress don't regress.
I need jams to alleviate this stress.
the unhealthy rubbish has left me in bad shape.
I want to ride every wavelength of every rhythm,
tremble when the treble bass kicks in
&& engage with the soul of the jam
as my soul gets whisked away in pure bliss.
rather than devoured by ignorance.
&& maybe of this were to happen,
just maybe...
then no one would care what soulja boy has to tell us
the sound of the radio would no longer be an irritating sonance
mainstream would no longer make our bloodstream boil
in all actuality,
we would be full,
Filled.
but in the meantime
we'll be clothed in black, soon to be widows
bobbing our heads to this knick knack paddy wack shiit.
unknowingly knowing that music is slowly slipping away.
&& if you don't belive me
go ahead,turn on the radio
listen&see
the sounds of
its&our
Demise.
This happens to be my second poem on here. I'm not a frequent writer. I only write when I'm provoked, inspired...yadda yadda yadda. Basically, I write when I Want To.
Uhh sorry for the length..things happen.
Hope you enjoyed.

Decided to listen to Wale's Mixtape About Nothing.

NIGERIA Stand UP!

My Favs.
-The Crazy
-The Artistic Integrity**
-The Bmore Club Slam--just because something like this hasnt been done before.
-The Hype--Loved the message. "Don't believe the hype."
I also love the entire concept of the mixtape...the whole Seinfeld theme//with the mixtape cover. And, the title is too cute, it makes you want to listen to what he has to say. [The #14 Skit is hilarious...by the way.]
Hah.
Magnifik.
I chose not to provide a download link just because you can get it off everyone and their uncle's blog.
"Telling me I ain't shit. Constipation takes time." -Wale.

Flashing Lights [3]??
This one def. tops them all. I still don't understand what the video has to do with the song but the entire concept of this video was impressive! To say the least.
